Hello listers--

I have been looking forward to this type of list for a long time, and now
David has indeed gotten one started.

I am Lester Rockafellow,--notice the 3 letters that make the difference of
billions :-) -- (preferred nick--Roc), retired early as a control technician
of an interstate natural gas pipeline. I have conducted my own part time pipe
organ repair business since I was 16 or so years old. After I retired and got
thru a heart attack and a 5 way bypass, I purchased and removed Estey opus
2775, 2/10, now 2/14 pipe organ. I am in the throes of getting thru the red
tape to add onto my home to install it in the most heavily populated (and
regulated) state-- New Jersey. I have been thru a year of red tape already
and have not broken ground yet! <G> The saga continues.

I am hoping to learn of other or better ways of doing just about anything in
the pipe organ field, either classical or theatre, I have equal interest in
both. I also own an interest in a 2/9 Odell pipe organ, and have recently
purchased a 2/4 Robert Morton Photoplayer organ which is in storage at this
time.

My other hobbies include stationary steam engines, old Spencer
Turbine Orgoblo pipe organ blowers, and railroad signalling equipment.
Glad to make acquaintance with you all,

---Roc
